Initial Works Survey Our representative will meet with the client to discuss their ideas, requirements and overall budget. We will advise on the various options that best meet the client's objectives.
Project Planning Following the initial survey, a detailed quotation will be presented to the client, summarising their requirements and outlining the best solution and costs. Once accepted we will work with the client to draw up a detailed project plan of the work involved, timescales and a final budget.
Design and Drawings As part of our value added service, we can produce drawings. All aspects of design from partition location to layout of furniture and lighting can be designed and drawn to scale.
Project Management Craftwork Interiors will ensure with the client that they are fully aware of progress and any problems which may occur. Any changes will be incorporated into the project plan as they occur, and dealt with with the minimum of disruption. Close attention will be paid to the clients' preferences and great care taken of their working environment throughout the duration of the project.
Installation and Management Installation will be carried out by a team of professional craftsmen, under the supervision of our operations director, who will also liaise with the client to ensure smooth running of the project. As part of our commitment to total care, our customer care department will liaise with the client on completion of the project to ensure that a satisfactory service has been provided.
